Event Day Approaching!

Ellie will be one of the first Team GB athletes to compete in the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. She races in the Women’s Freestyle Mogul Event at 4.30pm PST (GMT -8hrs) on Saturday 13th February.
The Event takes place on Cypress Mountain, overlooking downtown Vancouver. Despite reports of a lack of snow Ellie has said “the Olympic course at Vancouver is in great shape and the snow is good – they have done an excellent job despite the warm weather and rain!”
The Opening Ceremony takes place at 6pm PST today (Friday 12th February), however Ellie will not be attending in order to focus on her final preparations.
Ellie arrived in Vancouver on Saturday 6th September, after two weeks training at Steamboat, Colorado, with her Coach Pat Deneen. Preparations in Vancouver have gone extremely well…
